Products with engravings require a little more time to make and are shipped within 2-5 working days of receiving the order.

– OMNIVA parcel machine. The delivery price is €2.29, you can collect the parcels at a convenient time for you. Parcels in Lithuania are delivered within 1-3 working days and on Saturdays.
Picking up your order in our studio - You can pick up your ordered goods free of charge in Kaunas, at our studio on Žemaičių str. 31. IMPORTANT: Goods can only be picked up when we notify you via SMS or email that your order is ready.

Returns and Exchanges
The defects of the sold goods are removed, the goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The list of contracts that cannot be waived is provided in Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code. 2 d. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account within 14 days, counting from the date of collection of the parcel.
Individually designed products and products with individual engraving are not returnable (including products made of silver details).
The goods are returned at the buyer's expense, i.e. - shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are not refundable.
Exchange and return of goods are possible only if the goods are undamaged, unworn and have not lost their original appearance.
In order to return the quality product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller using the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product and the order number.

In case of an international return, you must send the item back by registered mail (please, save the tracking number of the shipment). The address to return the item to will be indicated after completing the return / exchange form.

If the size of the jewellery does not match, you can send it back to us (paying for the delivery in both directions) and we will change it to the required size. Please contact us for resizing by email info@momentasdesign.comNote that the product must be unused with the original label and in the same condition that you received it, preferably the packaging should be unopened. We should be informed about any changes within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we can not change jewellery sizes if the item was personalized or engraved according to the buyer's personal wishes.
