Kai prekė, kuri gali būti graviruojama, bus pridėta prie Jūsų krepšelio, užsakymo metu turėsite galimybę įvesti graviravimo instrukcijas. Yes, bracelets and necklaces can be engraved on both sides of the engraved piece. The engraving on the inside is only visible to you.

Yes, we can engrave almost whatever you want! When you select the jewellery you want, you will see the note “Engraving option." When an additional box appears, you will be able to describe your idea and attach a photo or picture to help us better understand your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact us. Also, if we have any additional questions about your engraving idea, we will contact you.

Note: it can take longer to make the jewellery according to your individual engraving idea (+ 2-4 business days).

Pastaba: ranka rašytas graviravimas gali tilpti tik ant didesnių graviruojamų paviršių, tad ši paslauga nėra taikoma visiem graviruojamiem papuošalams.

Lietuvoje prekes pristatome per 1-5 darbo dienas po užsakymo apmokėjimo (dėl tikslesnės užsakymų pristatymo datos žiūrėti produkto aprašyme arba pranešimų juostoje svetainės viršuje). Prašome atkreipti dėmesį, kad tarptautiniai užsakymai gali užtrukti ilgiau (nuo 4-15 darbo dienų). Užsakymų gamyba su asmeniniu graviravimu gali užtrukti šiek tiek ilgiau (pristatymo informacijos ieškoti pranešimų juostoje svetainės viršuje).

If the size of the jewellery does not match, you can send it back to us (paying for the delivery in both directions) and we will change it to the required size. Please contact us for resizing by email info@momentasdesign.com. Note that the product must be unused with the original label and in the same condition that you received it, preferably the packaging should be unopened. We should be informed about any changes within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we can not change jewellery sizes if the item was personalized or engraved according to the buyer's personal wishes.

Everything comes beautifully gift-wrapped in a levande-colored box. At the cart page you can choose to add a gift bag and gift message.

Yes! We will deliver it straight to your inbox right after the payment is completed. A physical Gift Card may be purchased from our studio or we can send it to you by mail (you will need to pay for the delivery). We will deliver physical Gift Card within 1-2 working days after placing the order.

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days after receiving an order, provided the item is unworn, and the packaging is delivered back in the same condition as it was sent. Please keep in mind you will need to cover return postage costs.

In case of an international return, you must send the item back by registered mail (please, save the tracking number of the shipment). The address to return the item to will be indicated after completing the return / exchange form.
